Established in 2009, by Arman Rahimi (MSc), AR DEVELOPMENTS has been extremely active in gaining trust by careful service in everything we initiate and taking it all the way to completion, to ensure clients and colleagues are satisfied with results as planned.
We pride ourselves with having gathered some of the most senior professionals of our country under one brand, and for having the confidence to claim the we are one of the best expert teams in the market, who strive towards excellence with passion and dedication.
What We Do
AR DEVELOPMENTS provide a number of services required in property development sector, including land brokerage, and expert advice on (planning, costs, valuation) and support on project management and quantity surveying support throughout the project cycle.
We are experts in various sectors, including affordable housing / central London retail / education / healthcare / hotels / leisure / pubs, bars & restaurants / residential / residential investment & development / residential development sales / industrial warehouses / shopping centres / sports venues / student accommodation / mixed use / religious buildings.
Whilst based in West London, we are not bound to any geographical region – we have projects all across UK, Europe, and have carried our extensive works in America and Middle-East.

Our People
We partner and affiliate only with the very best, who share similar ethos and values as our leaders; which results in harmony and successful delivery of projects. The in-depth expertise of our people, and their ability to adapt and communicate, promotes sustained relationships with our clients and other partners. Arman Rahimi, the founder and director of AR DEVELOPMENTS, studied Civil Engineering at City University of London, followed by Quantity Surveying at University of Westminster. He then joined Barratt Homes Land team for a while, before embarking on his own entrepreneurial ventures with his family, which spans out to multiple sectors, such as small and medium scale Luxury Residential Developments, HMOs, Hotels, Restaurants, and Estate Agency businesses. However, at heart, he has always been a consultant, and so he has fostered and grown this firm since 2009 with outstanding results.
