Western Circus | London, Acton | Completed 2023
Role: Development Management
Our director, Mr Arman Rahimi, then retained by (Barratt Homes), oversaw the delivery of 333 apartments, including 114 units designated as affordable with Ealing Council, as well as circa 2000 sqm of retail space.
One Nine Elms | Wandsworth | Completed 2024
Our Construction Manager, Rob Dalbee, then retained by Multiplex (principle contractor) managed the construction of 334 residential apartments across the 57‑storey City Tower (along with 106 contribution supported affordabe housing). "This has been the apex of my career" says Rob.
Relay Building (One Commercial Street) | Whitechapel
Our Surveyor, Benjamin B. Cox, was the lead Cost Manager (whilst working at DBK) on this 207 unit project, and oversaw over 50m worth of total bills. The gross development value at the time were £100m.
Belcrest Apartments | Detroit, USA | Completed 2023
Role: Principal Investor
The Belcrest Apartments underwent a significant transformation in 2023. Our investor (part of Holcomb Group) acquired the historic building in 2022 for $19.1 million and invested an additional $6 million in renovations. These upgrades revitalised the 12-story structure, enhancing its 139 residential units and restoring many of its original architectural features.
