Our platform is built around a focused senior team with experience across the disciplines that matter most to institutional Build to Rent capital: origination, underwriting, delivery, commercial control, governance and operational performance.
The platform is led by its Managing Principal and supported by a senior bench of sector specialists engaged on a project-specific basis across construction, commercial management, finance, governance and rental operations. This structure allows the platform to remain lean at the centre while deploying experienced leadership appropriate to the scale and needs of each opportunity.
Managing Principal

Arman Rahimi

Arman is the principal and investor-facing lead.
Arman leads the platform’s strategic direction, investor interface, origination activity and project oversight.He began his career in quantity surveying before moving into development management and later senior delivery leadership on major London Build to Rent projects. His perspective combines cost discipline, delivery literacy and development judgement with a clear understanding of how sophisticated capital assesses risk, governance and execution capability.
He is responsible for ensuring that opportunities are approached not only with ambition, but with structure, realism and institutional discipline.
Senior Operating Partners

Andy Wattes

Andy brings senior construction leadership experience from major residential delivery environments, including Telford Homes. He advises on buildability, delivery strategy, contractor engagement, technical coordination, programme discipline and construction execution. His role is to ensure that projects are grounded in practical delivery logic from an early stage, with a clear line of sight between design intent, construction reality and operational outcome. He brings a delivery-first perspective shaped by large and complex residential projects in institutionally relevant environments.
Senior Commercial Director

Tom Clark

Tom brings senior commercial leadership experience from large-scale residential development, including Telford Homes. He leads on procurement strategy, cost discipline, commercial governance, contract oversight and value protection through the delivery cycle. His focus is on maintaining commercial control without compromising build quality, programme integrity or long-term asset performance. His experience strengthens the platform’s ability to manage risk, preserve value and support disciplined decision-making throughout procurement and construction.
Finance & Governance Director

Simon Wood

Simon brings finance and governance experience shaped within institutional Build to Rent environments, including Moda Living. He is responsible for financial controls, reporting frameworks, governance processes, management information discipline and risk visibility. His role is central to ensuring that projects are not only financially coherent, but clearly structured and legible from an institutional investor’s perspective. He supports the platform’s commitment to disciplined reporting, accountability and transparent decision-making.
BTR Operations / Asset Management Adviser

Leila Jafarzadeh

Leila brings operational and asset management perspective informed by established rental platforms, including Grainger. She advises on resident proposition, leasing strategy, operational readiness, amenity thinking, retention and stabilised asset performance. Her role helps ensure that decisions taken during underwriting, design and delivery are informed by how the asset will actually function in occupation. She brings the resident and operating lens that is essential to successful long-term rental performance.
